Frequently asked questions
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The cost primarily depends on the weight, volume and density of the shipment. If you know these details, you can get an indicative price using the calculator on our website.
Why is the price shown as “from”?
The calculator uses the information provided by the customer. Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, we weigh and measure them, so the final price may differ from the estimate.
What if I do not know the weight and dimensions?
Select “I do not know the dimensions” and send a product link or photo. Our team will help determine the details and prepare a quote.
Can I order goods from several suppliers?
Yes. We can receive goods at our warehouse in China, consolidate them into one shipment and prepare them for delivery.
Can you help purchase the goods?
Yes. If needed, we can help find and verify a supplier, negotiate, arrange payment and purchase the goods.
Which goods can you ship?
We handle a wide range of goods, including clothing, footwear, electronics, home goods, automotive products, equipment and packaging. Some goods may be restricted. Please confirm availability with our team.

We accept shipments from 5 kg. There is no upper weight or volume limit. Large shipments are quoted individually.
